| Responsibilities: | The Field Sales Engineer’s function is to manage and handle customer accounts in the according geographical region. Besides the local and regional responsibility of the sales and customer account management, the function contains a group wide responsibility in respect to our clients products and worldwide manufacturing commercial handling and sales support of our silicon foundry customers- includes technical response on proper utilization of process technologies and design kits within a defined region
- negotiation of according contracts with business partners and clients
- to identify, qualify and develop sales leads of the local Sales Team for company’s mixed-signal foundry services
- to work closely with our customer service teams and fabs in the USA, UK, Malaysia and Germany
- to interface with new and potential customers to identify their needs and fit them to our services and process technologies
- to observe market trends, collect the feedback of your local Sales team and/or Representatives and provide feedback on customer requirements to our Technology and Marketing organization
- You will be responsible for business development and new account acquisition within your particular region and the development and the achievements of sales targets given by the company’s top management.
- You will have to adjust and decide about commercial conditions for clients in reference to the marketing instructions of the company group organization.

| Skills/Qualification: | You are experienced in dealing with customers and familiar with the semiconductor market. Basic experience in semiconductor physics and process technologies as well as analog and/or digital circuit design will be helpful.
Fluency in English is mandatory, basic skills in German language would be advantageous and you are prepared for frequent international traveling. |
| Reports to: | This position reports directly to the Regional Sales Manager Europe. |
| Education/Experience: | Master/Bachelor Degree in Electronic Engineering or Physics |
