- Human Resources strategy creator and advisor for Executive Management
- Leading the Human Resources teams in the specified regions
- Exercise leadership in all Human Resources functions and operations on an international base
- Serving as a strategic partner to the Senior Management, align business objectives with employees and Managements through working out integrated solutions, formulating partnerships across the organization and delivering value added service
- Acting as an employee champion and change agent, design and implement programs of Management Development, Employee Appreciation, Performance Management, CSR, etc.
- Collaborating with global partners in Asia and Europe, provide guidance and input on organization restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning

- Strong personality able to to energize, promote, convince and lead international teams
- Excellent influential communication and change agent skills to build good relationships at all levels
- Capabiltity to succeed in complex and quickly changing environments
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills through data analysis and reporting
- Organized and flexible work style to meet world wide employee and business needs
- Excellent written and spoken skills in German and English
