Our client:
Our customer is an international leader for semiconductor production equipment with about 2500 employees worldwide. The company with great tradition is growing steadily in the field of special applications and precision machinery construction for semiconductor manufacturers. The subsidiary, which operates across Europe, is responsible for the sales of capital investment goods as well as the service and spare parts supply for European customers.
Job scope:
  • Human Resources strategy creator and advisor for Executive Management
  • Leading the Human Resources teams in the specified regions
  • Exercise leadership in all Human Resources functions and operations on an international base
  • Serving as a strategic partner to the Senior Management, align business objectives with employees and Managements through working out integrated solutions, formulating partnerships across the organization and delivering value added service
  • Acting as an employee champion and change agent, design and implement programs of Management Development, Employee Appreciation, Performance Management, CSR, etc.
  • Collaborating with global partners in Asia and Europe, provide guidance and input on organization restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning
  • Develope and maintain strong relationship with service providers in the individual regions
Job functions:
  • Manage keen competition of head hunting on employees
  • Maintain skilled engineering staff within the organization
  • Create competitive salary systems based on skill levels with incentives schemes to keep and hire employees
  • Develop and present proposals to Managements for establishing clear salary and bonus systems based on personal achievements and annual evaluations
  • Develop and present proposals to Managements for changing existing HR system from individualization to rule-basis  
  • Develop and present proposals to Managements for establishing systematic policies for hiring human resources world-wide
  • Develop and present proposals to Managements for the development of the organization
  • Establish education systems for all level of employees
  • Developing management skills and talents
  • Making proposals to Managements for building up future management resources plan
  • Willingness to travel
Experience required:
5 - 7 years significant and hands-on HR management experience in both, big and start-up high-tech companies
Master Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
Qualification & Skills::
  • Excellent knowledge in workforce planning, strategic organizational development and project management
  • International exposure to North American, Asian and European countries to help organizations achieve Human Resources consistency, efficiency and globalization
  • Strong personality able to to energize, promote, convince and lead international teams
  • Excellent influential communication and change agent skills to build good relationships at all levels
  • Capabiltity to succeed in complex and quickly changing environments
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills through data analysis and reporting
  • Organized and flexible work style to meet world wide employee and business needs
  • Excellent written and spoken skills in German and English
Reports to:
Vice President Business Administration
Depending on experience and qualification a very interesting income with bonus and company car, also for private use, will be offered
