Letter of Intent (LoI)
In a next step a Letter of Intent will be prepared and signed in which the purchase and or sale interest will be stated. Latest at this time attorneys and tax consultants will be involved in the Merger & Acquisition process. Of course, we will support you in coordinating the meetings with the parties involved.

Due Dilligence
After the Letter of Intent a detailed analysis of balance sheets, taxes, employment contracts etc. of the take-over company will be conducted. At the end this phase a contract proposal will follow.

We will be happy to assist you in the selection of a notary and accompany you to your appointment with the notary.

After the contract is signed
After a successful conclusion we are available to both parties to ascertain that both companies can grow together successfully.
