Together we discuss the proposed applicants to decide which of candidates you want to invite for a personal interview.
We coordinate the first interview at your location. Being part of the interview we can assure a relaxed first getting to know each other.
We also coordinate further interviews and maintain contact to all applicants until the position is filled. Upon request we can we check references.
We support you as your independent counsel in respect to the candidates, compensation suggestions, employments contracts and bonus programs. After start of the employment we are available to you and your new employee.
Should unexpected problems develop we will try to find a mutual solution in order to assure a successful working relationship. Should you come to the conclusion to fill the position with a new candidate we will find a replacement candidate.
