Our client is a global and multinational service company focused on delivering design, manufacturing, and supply chain services to the Electronic Manufacturing Distribution Industry.
Job scope summary:
  • Overall sales, profit & loss responsibility for sales of Electronic Components and Services in Central Europe
  • Increase sales, market share, and profit level
  • Maintain excellent and long-term customer relations
  • Central role and constructive interface in building strong sales team
  • Expand active customer base in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
  • Drive and ensure smooth sales processes
  • Develop and implement new sales methods, tools, and capabilities for more sales efficiency
  • Set and implement strategies, KPIs and directions for sales growth
  • Analyse, plan, execute and follow-up local market business opportunities
  • Define and develop company culture
  • Cross departments and countries cooperation
Skills / Qualifications:
  • Experience in technical internal and external sales
  • Strong negotiation, problem solving and deal closing skills
  • Result- and quality-oriented approach
  • Support sales teams and sales increase with financial calculations
  • Skilled to detect and develop new business opportunities
  • High level of communications and interdepartment skills
  • Winning, self-motivated and pro-active personality
  • Positive mindset with a great deal of empathy and humor
  • Driven and passionate personality to focus on team
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in German and English
  • Experience with MS Office, CRM, and ERP systems
  • Willing and able to travel within Europe
Education / Experience:
  • 3 years professional b2b sales experience from a distributor and/or an EMS
  • Experience with leading a sales team of +5 employees
  • Electrical engineering degree or equivalent education or experience
